The Realigning the Partnership initiative launched in 2023, with the aim being to review various ways in which the CII could provide further support to local institutes.
Theme 6 relates to Thematic groups, and the Regional Membership team create a comprehensive programme of virtual events to be delivered throughout the year, which offer additional support to individual council roles along with an opportunity for the CII to provide updates that are relevant to each role and allows local institutes to share good practice amongst their fellow volunteers.
Council roles which are currently supported by these events are as follows:
- Education Secretaries and CPD Officers (X2 meetings)
- Presidents and Deputy Presidents
- Careers Officers
- Dinner Secretaries
- EDI Officers
- Communications Officers
