Following the ongoing success of the Realigning the Partnership initiative, the Regional Membership team discussed with Local Institute National Forum about extending the initiative into 2025, focusing on three overarching themes (with associated metrics).
The three themes of Evolving the Partnership will cover the following:
Theme 1: Volunteer engagement - maximising and developing our network of Local Institute volunteers.
Theme 2: Visibility and awareness – developing visibility and awareness of local institutes and the local membership proposition.
Theme 3: Proposition development – ensuring consistency is developed with regards to local CPD and member engagement initiatives.
The Regional Membership team have been developing the initiative as part of their 2025 planning and will be providing regular updates on each theme across the year.
